Charoite is an extremely rare stone found only in Siberia, Russia and only in the Republic of Sakha (also known as Yakutia). It is a silicate mineral composed of silicate groups containing silicon and oxygen atoms. Vibrant purple in colour, it has also been called lilac stone and charoite jade. Some stones are of a warmer, pink hue, but all display characristics swirling of white, black, brown or orange. It has a healing property mostly spiritual in strength, courage and self-confidence. Charoite is best worn by Scorpio or Sagittarius. Charoite is thought to be useful for the crown, Third eye and Solar Plexux Charkas.
